It will be an ideal time to re-kindle old friendships, and meet and great arriving conference delegates before the official start of the symposium and technical program.

and Evening - Chateau de Berne
Tucked away in 1,500-acres of unspoiled grounds in the heart of Provence, the 18th-century Chateau de Berne is a perfect destination to combine the discovery of wine and Provence. On the way to the Chateau, we will have a short visit of a typical Provence village, bring your most comfortable clothing and shoes. After a stint in the cellar, tasting of three wines of Château de Berne (Anchoiade & tapenade), we will explore the vineyards of Château de Berne in Lorgues and participate in a culinary workshop. Culinary activities with Chef Sebastian Nouveau - attend a demonstration comfortably seated while following the progress of the recipes presented on that day. This is followed by a dinner served at the Château de Berne.

An evening of celebration at the reknowned Royal Club de Mougins: The Modern face of Provencal cuisine. A warm avant-garde décor, a character-filled cuisine, and a panoramic terrace to enjoy the soft September evenings. In the peacefulness of a private estate and in the heart of this prestigious golf club, you will savour a wonderful kitchen combined with tender and fruity flavours. |
