Conference Registration (online)
The delegate registration fee
includes conference technical materials*, all
scheduled meals and social events outlined in the meeting agenda.
Early
registration for the conference
costs USD 500 USD (approximately 408 Euros) and includes the Welcoming
Reception,
Gala Dinner, Networking Tour and Dinner and Lunches and Coffee Breaks
during
the conference. To encourage participation, the registration fee
is being subsidized by
AGIFORS. You may register for the conference via the AGIFORS
website using any major credit card (including Amex, Visa,
MasterCard). Major credit cards, traveler’s checks,
or company check will be accepted at the on-site
registration. No cash or personal checks will be accepted
on-site.
Cancellation
Policy
- Requests received before 01
September 2010 are subject to a USD 50
cancellation fee
- Requests received after 01
September 2010 are subject to a USD 100
cancellation fee
Please

Each
attendee will be responsible for making all hotel arrangements using
the hotel registration process, in addition to the conference
registration.

negotiated a special hotel rate for delegates attending the
symposium. Breakfast
is covered as part of the negotiated conference rate. You can make your
hotel
arrangements directly with the Garden Beach Hotel using the online link

to obtain the nightly conference rate of 110 Euros for a single
occupancy room
and 130 Euros for a double occupancy room. Each
symposium delegate is responsible for making their own hotel
reservations. All credit card information must be provided to
confirm reservations. In order to receive this special conference rate,
reservations must be made via the AGIFORS reservation process. Please
select "Groups" and enter 16670 in the "attendee code" pop-up.
