The symposium hotel, Le Garden Beach Hotel, is ideally located between Nice and Cannes, and offers one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the French Riviera, in the heart of Juan-les-Pins. Restaurants, bars, fitness centre with indoor pool, terrace and meeting rooms overlook the sea. With easy access to a range of water sports and a casino, the hotel is a unique site on the French Riviera. Le Garden Beach Hotel, Juan Les Pins, was also the first hotel on the French Riviera to be fully equipped for Wireless Broadband Internet, which will be complementary with your symposium registration.

Accommodations

Each symposium delegate is responsible for making their own hotel reservations. AGIFORS has negotiated a special hotel rate for delegates attending the symposium that includes full breakfast, and access to breathtaking seaside view rooms. The nightly conference rate starts at 110 Euros for a single occupancy room and 140 Euros for a double occupancy room. All credit card information must be provided to confirm reservations. In order to receive this special conference rate, reservations must be made via the AGIFORS reservation process. Breakfast is covered as part of the negotiated conference rate.
