The specially arranged excursion includes a visit to the Petanque / Maeght Contemporary Art Foundation and guided tour in St Paul de Vence.  Play petanque game . Throw boule and getting as close to the pig (the small ball) as possible.  Alternatively, for those interested in contemporary art, a visit of the Maeght foundation.  Guided tour in the medieval village of St Paul.  Drink at the “place du village”.

Networking Activity and Evening - Chateau de Berne
Wednesday - 22nd  September 2010, 13:30-23:00

Tucked away in 1,500-acres of unspoiled grounds in the heart of Provence, the 18th-century Chateau de Berne is a perfect destination to combine the discovery of wine and Provence. On the way to the Chateau, we will have a short visit of a typical Provence village, bring your most comfortable clothing and shoes.  After a stint in the cellar, tasting of three wines of Château de Berne (Anchoiade & tapenade), we will explore the vineyards of Château de Berne in Lorgues and participate in a culinary workshop. Culinary activities with Chef Sebastian Nouveau - attend a demonstration comfortably seated while following the progress of the recipes presented on that day.  This is followed by a dinner served at the Château de Berne.

Networking Activity  - Nice Guided Tour

Nice is nicknamed Nice la Belle (Nissa la Bella in Niçard), which means Nice the Beautiful.  It has all the advantages of a major city: superb culture, wonderful street life and excellent shopping, eating and drinking. The specially arranged guided tour includes a visit to NICE old town, Promenade des Anglais and historic area.  Explore the old town of Nice, the Hotel Negresco, Historic area- Russian Church- Greek ruins.  As part of the tour, you get to enjoy Ice Cream at Fenocchio.

Gala Dinner

An evening of celebration at the reknowned Royal Club de Mougins: The Modern face of Provencal cuisine.  A warm avant-garde décor, a character-filled cuisine, and a panoramic terrace to enjoy the soft September evenings.  In the peacefulness of a private estate and in the heart of this prestigious golf club, you will savour a wonderful kitchen combined with tender and fruity flavours.
