Conference Registration

In an effort to encourage active
participation from the local academic community, and from our
INFORMS/Sloan Foundation partners, we are offering three registrations
options this year:

The standard delegate registration fee
before 06 September 2009 is USD $600
per delegate and USD $100 per social guest/child. Delegate registrations received after this date will be considered late and will incur a USD
$100 late fee, no exceptions.

The INFORMS delegate registration fee
is USD $250 which includes participation in the technical program on
Monday 9/28, and Tuesday 9/29, as well as attending the welcome
reception on Sunday evening 9/27.

The standard registration for Georgia Tech students and faculty
as well as employees of SITA is USD $100 and includes attendance at evening social events and the day tour. A more restricted,
daytime only registration is available at no charge for Georgia Tech and SITA but does not include attendance at
social events or the day tour.
The standard registration fee includes
conference technical materials*, all scheduled meals and social events
outlined in the meeting agenda, and a full day excursion (*symposium delegate
registration only). To encourage participation, the registration
fee is being subsidized by AGIFORS. You may register for the conference via the AGIFORS
website using any major credit card (including Amex, Visa, MasterCard).
Major credit cards, traveler’s checks, or company check will be accepted
at the on-site registration. . No cash or personal checks will be
accepted on-site.
Cancellation Policy
- Requests received before 06 September
2009 are subject to a USD $50 cancellation fee
- Requests received after 06
September 2009 are subject to a USD $100 cancellation fee

Each attendee will be responsible for making all
hotel arrangements using the hotel registration process, in addition to
the conference registration.

Both non-smoking King and Two Queen
bedding accommodations have been blocked for this group. Please
note that all guestrooms are non-smoking. For any other
requests or inquiries, please enter this information within the
appropriate request boxes during the reservations process or call

347-9440. Hotel reservation’s hours are Monday through Friday
8am-7pm; Saturday 9am-5pm.
