You can call to make reservations or you can make them online. The shuttle can be picked up at Ground Transportation at the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport or at the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center every hour 15 minutes after the hour. The shuttle will make stops at other hotels in the Mid-town area before arriving at The Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center or The Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. reservations must
be received by 6th September 2009 using the
customized (dedicated) hotel reservation process to obtain the nightly
conference rate of USD 109 for single/double
occupancy. All credit card information must be provided to confirm
reservations. Registration InformationThe
registration fee includes conference technical materials*, all scheduled
meals and social events outlined in the meeting agenda, and a full day
excursion (*delegate registration only). The early
registration fee before 6th September 2009
is USD 600 per delegate and
USD 100 per social guest/child.
Registration fees received after this date will be considered late and
will incur a USD 100
late fee, no exceptions.
