Conference Registration
(online)
In an effort to encourage active
participation from the local academic community, and from our
INFORMS/Sloan Foundation partners, we are offering three registrations
options this year:

The standard delegate registration fee
before 01 September 2008 is USD 600
per delegate and USD 200 per social guest/child. Delegate registrations received after this date will be considered late and will incur a USD
100
late fee, no exceptions.

The INFORMS delegate registration fee
is USD 250 which includes participation in the technical program on
Monday 9/22, and Tuesday 9/23, as well as attending the welcome
reception on Sunday evening 9/21.

The local academic delegate
registration fee is USD 100 per day, where an
academic delegate must be a full-time registered student, or faculty
member at a recognized academic institution in or near Montreal.
This options does not include attendance at evening social events.
The standard registration fee includes
conference technical materials*, all scheduled meals and social events
outlined in the meeting agenda, and a full day excursion (*symposium delegate
registration only). To encourage participation, the registration
fee is being subsidized by AGIFORS. You may register for the conference via the AGIFORS
website using any major credit card (including Amex, Visa, MasterCard).
Major credit cards, traveler’s checks, or company check will be accepted
at the on-site registration. No cash or personal checks will be
accepted on-site.
Cancellation Policy
- Requests received before 01 September 2008 are subject to a USD 50 cancellation fee
- Requests received after 01
September 2008 are subject to a USD 100 cancellation fee

Each attendee will be responsible for making all
hotel arrangements using the hotel registration process, in addition to
the conference registration.
Presentation Registration (online)

Hotel Registration
(online)
Please complete
the customized symposium hotel reservation process online and submit it directly to the hotel
for confirmation. Reservations must be received by 1st
September 2008
to obtain the nightly conference rate of approximately USD 199 for single, and
USD 199 for double occupancy. All credit card information must
be provided to confirm reservations.
