Conference Registration
The registration fee includes conference technical materials*, all scheduled meals and social events outlined in the meeting agenda, and a full day networking activity (*delegate registration only). To encourage participation, the registration fee is being subsidized by AGIFORS.
The early registration fee before 06 April 2008 is USD 450 for airline and academc delegates and 650 for other delegates. A social program including all lunches and evening events is available for USD 300 per social guest/child. Registration fees received after April 6 date will be considered late and will incur a USD 100 late fee, no exceptions. You may register for the conference via the AGIFORS website using any major credit card (including Amex, Visa, MasterCard). Major credit cards, traveler’s checks, or company check will be accepted at the on-site registration. No cash or personal checks will be accepted on-site. Your credit card will not be charged until 6 May 2008.
Cancellation Policy
Requests received before 15 April 2008 are subject to a USD 50 cancellation fee
Requests received after 15 April 2008 are subject to a USD 100 cancellation fee
Please complete the on-line registration process and submit it directly via the internet.
Each attendee will be responsible for making all hotel arrangements using the hotel registration process, in addition to the conference registration.

Airline Travel Registration
Air Tahiti Nui is providing FOC tickets to eligible airline employees and 50% off tickets to all other travelers in a block of seats on TN. Booking is first come first serve and taxes are the responsibility of the traveler at the time of booking.
