Conference Registration [online]

The early registration fee is  USD 250 per (airline, or academic) delegate, USD 500 per industry delegate, and  USD 750 per vendor delegate.  An academic delegate must be a full-time registered student, or faculty member at a recognized academic institution.  An airline delegate must be employed by an IATA recognized carrier.  In order to qualify as an industry delegate, you have to be a full-time employee of an established aircraft manufacturer, air traffic control agency, airport authority, government agency, and/or non-profit organization that supports the airline industry. If you are employed by a company that actively markets and sells information technology (IT) products and services (including any form of consulting - strategy, integration, implementation, support) to the airline industry, you are required to register as a vendor delegate.

In addition there is a special social registration at  USD 150 per accompanying guest (eligible to participating only in the sponsored social program).  Major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, VISA) will be accepted. Registrations received after 30th April 2010 will be considered late, and subject to a USD 75 surcharge.

NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONSITE.

Hotel Reservation [online]

Please complete the online hotel reservation form and submit it directly via the internet.  Reservations must be received before 30th April 2010 to guarantee the nightly conference rate of AUS 189 for single or AUS 209 for double occupancy (exclusive of VAT and service charges, and taxes). Reservations received after 30 April 2010 may be eligible for this discounted rate based on availability.  Room rates are available two days before the first day of the conference and two days after the last day of the conference (based on availability). In order to receive this specially negotiated rate, you need to make your room reservation via the conference website link. All credit card information must be provided to confirm reservations.  In order to receive this special conference rate, reservations must be made via the AGIFORS registration/reservation process, and specifying the Conference/Event Code: AGIF1005.
